Originally rooted in the fast-paced world of motorsports, our activities have been constantly expanding creating an unlikely combination across several sectors.
Today, we are focussing on providing unrivalled M&A Advisory services for mid-market companies in the Healthcare and Automotive sectors as well as creating a novel platform for automotive enthusiasts.

Right from the Heart of the Ruhr Valley
Founded in 2019, it all started with the simple organisation of an event at a small Belgian race track - Circuit Mettet.
Falk and his wife Leyla wanted to offer automotive enthusiasts (or better: Petrolheads) the possibility to experience their cars on a race track in a safe environment.
Despite this being their first entrepreneurial venture, the concept of a tight-knit community and fully digitalised processes, led the activities to outgrow almost all its competitors in its niche quickly scaling to almost 15 events a year.
GP Days was born.
At roughly the same time, Falk took his experience from years of corporate M&A Advisory to set up his own highly focussed advisory firm for German-based mid-market together with long-time friend Nicki Lange.
With Avalon Advisory, Nicki and Falk are working with start-ups, established companies and investors on providing tailored solutions across all aspects of Mergers & Acquisitions.
